Betty embarked on her real estate journey in the early 2000s, working for a renowned real estate firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She swiftly made her mark, developing a robust business network and nurturing enduring relationships. Always striving for growth, Betty dedicated time to self-improvement, honing her people management skills and broadening her knowledge across all facets of the real estate industry.

Her career took a new turn in 2014 when she joined The Pagan Group as a sales associate in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This move diversified her business, enabling her to cover multiple markets in Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey, as well as Eastern Pennsylvania. Soon after, she took the helm of the team's Pennsylvania division.

In 2016, Betty and Steven's shared vision to expand their operations to Puerto Rico came to fruition.
